Once you’ve submitted your online inquiry, we will reach out and set up a time to have a phone call to hear more about your project and design needs

We’ll start with a relaxed 30–45 min virtual/call meeting

There’s no cost, no pressure—just a genuine conversation to learn more about your project, timeline, budget, and whether we are  the right fit for one another.

If we are in fact, a good fit, both excited to move forward, we’ll meet at your home or project site. 

We’ll walk the space, take some photos, and chat through your wish list, ideas, and how you live in your space. 

This appointment  is a one-time flat-fee appointment, billed prior to the meeting.

After that visit, You'll receive a detailed, flat-fee quote tailored to your project, giving you total clarity before making any commitment. 

Once you've accepted the design quote and are ready to move forward, we’ll send over your official welcome packet and contract—outlining expectations and welcoming you in getting started on bringing your dream home to life!

About two weeks after your consultation, we’ll meet again for your personalized design presentation. 

This is when we share the initial vision boards, ideas, and curated selections based on everything we learned from you during our time meetings together.

This step is key—it ensures we’re fully aligned on your style, preferences, and goals before moving into the detailed design phase. 

This is the creative foundation of your design—where your vision starts to take shape and the magic begins.

Now we get to the good part, bringing your vision to life! 

Whether we’re working together for a few months or over the course of a few years, we’re with you every step of the way! 

We follow a clear, step-by-step process that includes planning, sourcing, and making sure everything lines up with your style, lifestyle, and timeline. 

We’ll handle all the procurement, purchasing, tracking, and receiving of your items, as well as coordinating any subcontractors needed to complete the project—like wallpaper installers, window treatment specialists, carpenters, electricians, and more.

Every detail is planned with the install day in mind—because when that day comes, we want you to walk in and feel the magic of a space that’s been beautifully tailored just for you.

We’ll dig into your wish list, refine the design, and handle all the details behind the scenes so things run smoothly.
